Forest Row...be proud.
The young musicians and bands who took part in the open mike gig at the village hall tonight (4th October) were a credit to the parents, teachers and friends who turned out in good number to support them. Four bands : 'Rolling Pebbles', 'Paparazzi' 'Plastic Persuasion' "Idiot Glee' and Piano/Vocalist Jessica Homer gave us a vibrant mix of pop, indie, rock and ballard. A bench marque has been set for future youth music events. 'Funky Junky' who headlined the night with a tight, polished dancefloor bouncing set had better keep on their toes..these young pretenders are snapping at your heels.
"Oh you pretty things...Don't you know you're drivin your Mama's and Papa's insane"
