Require people willing to learn and participate in this venture. 

I have been successful in being granted funds from the Scarman Trusts Community Champions Fund (Lord Scarman noted for heading the Brixton Riot civil unrest enquiry). The funds are to be used toward running traning sessions based on the principles and practices of the System of Natural Health with a view to the participant being able set up an run their own community based "Chefs Club" activities. Here, a family unit is samll enough to be considered 'community based'. A mother or father interesed in Natural Health and wanting to explore enjoyable, intersting ways in which to engage with her children would be an ideal person to attend.

I have had over 8 years experience of running chef club style activities with primary school children, mothers & toddler groups and 6th form students. The applications are as wide as ones imagination.

I would like to have maybe 4 or 5 people in the groups so that from this process a "Facilitators Training Guide on How to run Chefs Clubs" can be complied and prepared for publication and be made available to other groups so they could follow a tried, tested and proven format.

My own severe 'ill-health' some 16 years ago was the trigger which lead to my long and deep involvement in the worlds of complementary, allopathic and so-called alternative medicines. I have been activly following this system of natural health for over 5 years. This system of natural health is one based on a very sound principle and this factor alone sets it apart from anything else I have come across in the last 16 years. I would like to share the 'fruits' of these very costly lessons so others might benefit. This project would give people the chance to be introduced to the system of natural health and to make experienced based decisions about their own health and well being. One last word, the funds for this project are only available until the 31st March 2008.
