PRH consultation closes next Wednesday 14th 9am Print E-mail
Posted by Rowena Moore

You should recieve a hard copy consultation form to send back but here are other ways to respond to the threatened A&E and Maternity services from the PRH campaign team.  As the email circular says, don't rely on others doing it for you, they may be relying on you!

The Primary Care Trust consultation closes at 9am next Wednesday, 14th November. For the campaign to succeed, it is vital that local people respond personally to the consultation. Please take 5 minutes to write your response to the PCT. Here are 5 ways you can respond:

1. Using the freepost response form
A leaflet from the campaign is currently being delivered to tens of thousands of households in Mid Sussex. The rear page contains a response form for residents to complete and return to the PCT free of charge. Further copies of the response form can be downloaded http://www.supportprh.com/ResponseForm.pdf.

2. Completing the online questionnaire
The campaign have added an online question to the website, which can be completed by following the link at www.supportprh.com/haveyoursay

3. Write to the Primary Care Trust
Send a letter with your comments, free of charge, to:

John Wilderspin, Chief Executive, West Sussex PCT, FREEPOST SEA1064, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 6ZZ

4. Email the Primary Care Trust
Email your comments to the Primary Care Trust at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

5. Help us hand in the campaign’s response next Wednesday
The campaign will be meeting the PCT Chief Executive at 8.15am on Wednesday 14th November to formally hand over the campaign’s response to the consultation. Local residents are invited to join the campaign team at this event, which will be held at the PCT’s offices – The Causeway, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 6BT
