June Cottage Bed and Breakfast is located one mile from the centre of the vibrant village of Forest Row. We are very close to the Forest Way walking and cycle path. Ashdown Forest is virtually on our doorstep where there are miles of heathland and woodland footpaths to explore.

Forest Row is a large village with lots of shops, restaurants, & pubs. Emerson College is a ten minute walk away and Michael Hall School is about 1½ miles distant. Public transport gives easy access to London and the south coast.
