5 Rhythms in Forest Row
Do you want to move and set free the dancer inside? The 5 Rhythms – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness are what’s known as a Wave, a wave of energy that can be simple or transformational. There are no steps to learn, instead we learn to listen to ourselves.
I am a 5 Rhythms Teacher in Training and I invite you to come to these Practice Classes, please come!
This work is suitable for all abilities. Everyone is welcome. Come to one class, any or all. No need to book, just come along.
Friday Evenings: May 2nd, June 6th, July 4th, August 1st; 7.30pm–9.00pm.
Thursday Mornings: June 5th, June 12th, June 26th ; 9.30am–11am.
Peter Griffits Hall (Small Hall), Forest Row Village Hall.
Cost: These classes are free, but small donations are welcome to cover costs.
