5Rhythms Fridays
As well as being a great
work out, a 5Rhythms class can be an opportunity to develop creativity, to
stretch into our imaginations as well as our bodies.
Whatever your age, ability, or level of fitness, you
are very welcome. All you need is a desire to move and be moved.
There are no steps to learn, instead we learn to listen to ourselves.
These are drop-in classes, no need to book, just come
along.
